What inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship?聽
After I had my first baby, I knew right away that I wasn't meant to work a 9-5. At the time, I was teaching graphic design, which I thought was a great job because I had the summers off, but I was not passionate about it.
At one point I thought, if I am spending this much time away from my baby, it better be something that I am obsessed with. So I immediately started diving into entrepreneurship. I was taking classes, and I didn't even know what my business was going to be yet, but I knew it was gonna happen.
I was really committed, and two years later, I was able to leave my teaching job and be a full-time mompreneur.
How did you choose your niche?
I had always been really into health, fitness, and wellness. When I got pregnant, my whole body changed, and it really rocked my world. My fitness community was getting stronger and leaner, and I was getting rounder and slower, and it felt really lonely. I was also really frustrated that I couldn't do the workouts that I had loved so much, and I was bored with the prenatal options out there. I just knew there had to be something better. That's when I created my own option, and my niche became pre and postnatal fitness.
I am most proud of the trust that I've built with my community. I feel like I鈥檓 a voice for the moms out there who want better fitness options. I鈥檝e loved being able to tap into the mom community and help create solutions for a lot of the problems that we're having. I'm also really proud to be a part of these mom's lives during such a special season, pregnancy and postpartum and motherhood.聽
What are the different revenue streams that make up your business?
I have my online fitness programs and I offer fitness series through 快看成人漫画. I also do affiliate marketing, which involves working with a brand and making a commission off of sales.聽
I also do brand partnerships where a brand partners with me to share something, whether it's on Instagram Stories, Reels, or TikTok, and I get paid a flat fee for that.
What steps have you taken to have ownership over your audience?聽
I started out on Instagram, but I knew quickly I was going to need a website. I tried using email collection apps, but they weren't completely what I needed.聽
I love being able to have my website to refer my audience to. I do a lot of my communication on Instagram, that's where I find a lot of moms and pregnant women who are looking for solutions and workouts. I direct them over to my email list through opt-ins. I have some free guides that I offer, and that has been really helpful growing my email list and not relying on social media entirely.

Creating ownership was something I prioritized at the very beginning of starting a business. You could get locked out of your Instagram, you could get thrown off social media, your audience could be gone in a flash, and no one would know where to find you. In addition to my email list, I also started a podcast as another way to be able to connect, engage with, and pour into my audience.
What does being a mompreneur mean to you?
Being a mompreneur is the coolest thing ever. I get the best of both worlds. I get to be a business owner and use my creative abilities, but I also get to spend a lot of time with my kids and not miss out on their school plays and watch my baby's first steps.
How do you navigate the balance between being present for your family and building your business?聽
I structured my program so that I don't have to be there. I have really passive courses. It's something I can film and work on when the baby is napping or when the kids are at school, and then when they're home, I can be fully present because my courses are online and running for me.
I've also had to really figure out what tasks I cannot do when my kids are home. I write those all down as my top to-dos for when I have the opportunity, like when I do have childcare or when my husband is home with the kids, and I can sneak away and get a little bit of work done.聽
Doing this work is also something that I am really passionate about. It is so fun for me to come up with these workouts and create the emails and the marketing for it. It really is a creative outlet, so it鈥檚 something I prioritize for myself. Not only is it creating an income for my family, but it鈥檚 enjoyable.
What systems or routines help you juggle your business and motherhood effectively?聽
Here are the systems I鈥檝e set up to help me balance mompreneurship:聽
- Support: I have virtual assistants who help me piece everything together on the backend of my business. But before, I was doing that all by myself.聽
- Automations: I think what's really helpful is having automations in place so that I don't have to manually send emails, for instance. I've also been using ManyChat to set triggers in my DMs. So if somebody messages me, they'll automatically get a link to an opt-in page or landing page on my website.聽
- Routines: Having a morning routine is also the most helpful thing. I wake up at 5:30, and that is when I get my workout in. I film, edit, share on social media, and check emails all before the kids wake up, and it is such a game changer. If I can just get that little bit of productivity in the morning, it sets me up for the entire day.
鈥What challenges were you facing in your business that 快看成人漫画 helped you solve?
Before 快看成人漫画, I had been using a different website service, but it wasn't a good fit. One of the problems that I faced in the beginning was that my workouts were originally going to be written PDFs. But I thought it would be so much more helpful if they were in a video format and I wanted a website that I could host them on.
Other than YouTube, I didn't really know of many options, so 快看成人漫画 was the perfect solution.聽
How did you hear about 快看成人漫画, and what motivated you to try it out?
I started using 快看成人漫画 early on in my business. One of my business mentors had been using it and told me how great it was, so I gave it a try, and it was the answer to my problems.聽
When I knew I was going to have video workouts on my website, I wanted them to look really good, be streamlined, and be part of an all-in-one package. I wanted my videos, email marketing, contact list, online program, and sales pages in one place. Once I tried 快看成人漫画, I never considered another platform.

鈥
What were your first impressions of 快看成人漫画?聽
My first impression of 快看成人漫画 as both a user and a business owner was that it was very easy to use. I had taken web design classes in college, and I hated it. But 快看成人漫画 made it so much easier than I was anticipating.聽
The templates made everything look better than I could have imagined. I didn't have to worry about coding or anything. I just wanted it to function, and I needed it to work and it did that for me.聽
How has using 快看成人漫画 payments impacted your business?
As a business owner, I鈥檓 in charge of all the accounting. I used to have to go into all these different platforms to count how many sales we were making and the total revenue and run checks and balances, which I'm not great at. Being able to see it all in 快看成人漫画 has been huge for me.聽
I鈥檝e been able to make a full-time income using 快看成人漫画 to sell my courses, and I am really proud to say I have been making multiple six figures for the last five years.聽
What advice would you give to aspiring creators looking to start their own businesses?
To anyone who is thinking about or wanting to start a business, I would say start before you're ready. You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to bethe top expert or have a hundred thousand followers to start a business. Just start now. That's exactly what I did. I started investing in business courses before I even had a product to sell. I just knew I wanted to do it. I had that fire burning in me and that passion, that excitement to do it, and I trusted my gut, and now I'm here.
鈥What are your future goals and aspirations for your business?
I am so excited for the future to see how my community evolves. I know as moms, our kids are getting older and the challenges are shifting and changing, and I can't wait to see where we go in the next five to 10 years from here.聽
I also really want to grow my business so that it's more than me. I've built it around a personal brand and I want to expand off of that and move into another level of fitness for my community. I also would love to be able to create more physical products to go along with the workouts.
I鈥檓 excited to continue to expand my business and be able to work with more moms. I also want to do more in-person events now that I have built this community and be able to do live workouts in person and retreats.聽
